To be honest, it looks a little better than it deserves to look. The two ways I modified the recipe did not work out, or at least they didn't work together. In the future, a banana is only going on top if it's not too black...you can definitely taste the overripebanananess. Also, sprinkling a little brown sugar on top was not as good an idea as I thought it would be. Too much.
